| Q: Are all of your prints vintage? |
| A: All of the prints (also known as heat transfers and iron-ons) we offer on the site are original old store stock from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. |

| Q: Are all of the shirts vintage? |
| A: The actual shirts are new and unused. We decided that today's technology for garment making allows for a more comfortable and higher quality product. When you buy an American Ringer brand shirt you are getting the best of both worlds, a rare vintage print on your choice of new shirt. |

| Q: What do you mean by retro? |
| A: We do carry a few newly licensed shirts that we consider retro-licious. These shirts are called retro because they are not vintage, but yet still have a great throwback look and feel. They were simply too cool for us to pass up! |

| Q: Can you make me shirts of my favorite 70's television shows and rock bands? |
| A: We only use licensed vintage prints. We will not print anything without having proper licensing rights. We are very sensitive to the intellectual property rights and copyright privileges of other companies and artists. We can certainly search for some cool vintage prints for you, but we will not randomly make prints without obtaining licensing rights first. |

| Q: Does every print work with every type of shirt? |
| A: Not every vintage print will work with every type of shirt. Some prints are made for use on only 50/50 tees and some prints do not have opaque backers allowing them to be successfully applied to darker color garments. If you have a specific print in mind for a specific shirt just drop us an email and ask if it is possible. |

| Q: Do you wholesale? |
| A: We do wholesale blank shirts, including our own American Ringer brand which is made specifically for American Ringer. We consider our shirt stock to be the best available for both heat transfers and silk screening. |

| Q: Will you sell the prints alone? |
| A: We're a clothing company and don't sell vintage prints alone. The vintage print is only part of the service we offer. Our extensive knowledge allows us to give you the highest quality item available in our industry. |

| Q: Do you have catalogs? |
| A: Unfortunately our unique inventory changes so quickly that catalogs are impossible to continually update. |

| Q: How is my item being shipped? |
| A: You'll receive an update as soon as your item is ordered. Domestically we ship via USPS Priority Airmail with confirmation tracking. International shipments are also sent via airmail and subject to shipping adjustments. |

| A: Just drop us an email with the available items you want and we'll send you back an invoice with payment instructions. |

| Q: Can I find your stuff in any stores? |
| A: Yes, you actually can find us in a number of small boutiques in both California and New York. However, our items are almost always re-tagged and the prices doubled. A quick walk up and down Melrose will make you want to shop the site more often. |

| Q: What is the best way to wash and dry the shirts? |
| A: Since the prints are vintage and very old we always recommend hand washing and hang drying. Check out the "shirt info" page for more complete instructions. |

| Q: How do I get my shirt to have that vintage look? |
| A: Simply wear it. Transfer peeling and slight fading are synonymous with vintage prints. The more you wear your shirt the cooler it looks! |

| Q: If I send you a vintage iron-on will you apply it onto a shirt for me? |
| A: Sorry, no. We do extensive research on each and every print before you ever see it on our site. Temperature, transfer time, pressure, and other application variances are always researched thoroughly for each and every iron-on. |

| Q: I saw a shirt on the site last week but now it is gone. Will you be getting more? |
| A: Probably not. These prints are very difficult to find and once we sell out of a particular style we may not be able to find it ever again. They may possibly be gone forever. |

| Q: Why aren't your shirts 3 for $10? |
| A: Yes this was an actual question. Some of our prints alone sell for over $30. Moreover, not every 20+ year old print works. Therefore, a lot of money is spent on getting you that one perfect piece stamped with the American Ringer seal of approval! We offer a unique product at a great price and want you to feel comfortable knowing you'll be a stand out in the crowd. |

| A: Our shirts are great ice-breakers but you’ll need to garnish slightly with witty banter and cute smiles to attract your hottie. However, we’ve heard nothing but successful stories about sweet hook-ups. Good luck! |

| A: It is a group effort. We vote on the best entry and always hook up a few cool people with product. We don't limit your submissions so try as many times as you like. |

| A: You got it dude! American Ringer pays the extra dineros to have all of their items designed and fabricated in the U.S.! Although we love to travel and respect all other countries, the USA is the best place in the universe to live, love, and party! |

| A: Depending on the manufacturer we use your adult sized x-small may actually have a youth size marked on it; either way the shirts are graded the same, fit the same, and rock steady the same! |
