Returns and Exchanges
American Ringer prides itself on customer service. Our customer support team dedicates many hours each and every day to answering emails. We offer a very rare and unique product and want you to be totally happy with your purchase. We strongly suggest you ask as many questions that are necessary in order for you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
American Ringer does not keep a running stock on all products. We custom transfer your order at the time of purchase. This allows us to offer you an array of color combinations and sizes for each and every vintage print. Once a vintage print has been transferred it is gone forever, but your custom shirt has been created. Therefore, we cannot take returns as the work on your custom shirt has already been done and the print has already been used.
American Ringer does offer a few items of which we have continuous stock. We are more than happy to exchange sizes for you on these items so long as you cover your approved method of shipment. However, most vintage prints are not exchangeable due to the fact that the print has already been used and our production run has been permanently decreased by one print. Please realize that all of our vintage prints are very limited and each order is made to your specific requirements.
